Dr. Betsy Card was born and raised in Glen Cove, New York.  Dr. Card performed her undergraduate education at Cornell University in Ithaca New York where she graduated with honors.  Dr. Card moved to Virginia to attend Medical School at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and continued on to perform her medical residency at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.


Dr. Card performed fellowship training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonia, where she received additional training in the fields of Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound, and Mammography.  Dr. Card has reached the status of “Teaching Fellow” at Harvard Medical School.
 

Dr. Card is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American Association of Women Radiologists.  Dr. Card is a published author and lists her Husband, four daughters, and one son, reading, dancing, golfing, and camping as her special interests.
