Thomas Powierza, M.D., M.B.A., is a physician specializing in diagnostic and interventional radiology with advanced fellowship training in neuroradiology. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Economics with Highest Distinction. He went on to receive both his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Business Administration from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.

Dr. Powierza began his postgraduate medical training with a general surgery internship at the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Baptist Memorial Healthcare in Memphis, where he also pursued early specialization in Interventional Radiology. He continued to refine his expertise through an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Geisinger Health System and is currently completing a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
